This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for canceling your subscription to the algo trading services provided by Thrive Fintech LLP ("Thrive Fintech," "we," "us," or "our") and requesting refunds for payments made via Razorpay. By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.
a. Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions to our algo trading services automatically renew at the end of the subscription period (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless canceled by you.
b. Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, you must send a cancellation request via email to support@thrivefintech.in at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation requests submitted after this period may not prevent the next billing cycle.
c. Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to the algo trading services will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your access will be terminated. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
a. Non-Refundable Fees: All subscription fees paid for access to our algo trading services are non-refundable, except as provided below. This includes fees paid via Razorpay through credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking.

c. Refund Process: To request a refund, email support@thrivefintech.in with your account details, payment confirmation, and reason for the request. We will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 14 business days.
d. No Refunds for Trading Losses: Thrive Fintech LLP is not responsible for trading losses incurred through the use of our algo trading services. No refunds will be issued for losses resulting from market conditions, algorithm performance, or user decisions.
a. Payment Disputes: If you dispute a charge with Razorpay or your bank, you must notify us at support@thrivefintech.in to resolve the issue. Unauthorized disputes may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Platform.
b. Chargebacks: For subscriptions involving EMI products or other Razorpay services, you must respond to any chargeback or cancellation requests within 7 business days, as required by Razorpay's terms. Failure to respond may result in funds being recovered from your settlement account.
If we terminate your subscription due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., non-payment, fraudulent activity, or violation of platform policies), no refunds will be issued for any prepaid subscription fees.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
